Shipping Policy & Returns Policy
Pre Cared ships to most parts of India. We ship on all days except Sundays and Public Holidays.
The standard period of shipping is between 4 to 10 days depending on the location.
We ship through reputed agencies to ensure prompt deliveries.
The details of shipment will be mailed to you on the address provided by you while booking. If you don’t receive the details within 24 hrs of your booking please check your spam/bulk folders or else contact us.
RETURN POLICY
We have 10 days no questions asked return policy for the products not matching your expectations.
We refund 100% of the amount for products returned within this period and we bear the total shipping charges even for products which are opened and used. The refund would be made through the same process as the payment was made e.g. if the payment was made through credit/debit card it will be refunded in the same account. Cheques/DD would be sent only to the billing address of the customer mentioned while placing the order.
We have a 10 day no questions asked policy, after the product reaches you. Anytime within the next 10 days while using the product if you feel that the product is not matching your expectations,or other reasons like you do not like the color or style of the product etc. you can call us on 8108009333 or mail us at support@precared.com. We would then immediately arrange to get the product back and refund you 100%.
In any case we would not take more than 3 days from the date of refund request to provide the refunds even if the product has not reached us.The product would be collected by us.
PRICING
The price of the product mentioned at the time of order is inclusive of all the taxes.
